The complaint process allows concerns to be examined in a fair and confidential manner. Depending on the situation, the review may involve gathering information, consulting relevant guidelines, and communicating with the counsellor involved.
This form provides a safe and confidential way to raise concerns about professional or ethical practice in counselling by counsellors or clients. Submissions are confidential, and you may choose to remain anonymous. Our intention is to support ethical practice, safeguard clients and counsellors, and strengthen professional standards.
